第2阶段：部署$DED

Lunar Strategy applied for 91,557 DOT from the Polkadot Foundation.The purpose is for deployment after testing. The principle of distribution here is that all DOT holders will receive airdrops at a ratio of 1:1000. For example, if you have $DOT, you will receive 1000$DED.

原则是鼓励大家把DOT存入自己的钱包，中心化交易所不知道是否会发放给自己的用户。

当然你把自己的钱包或者放在波卡钱包，或者作波卡钱包的质押和Vdot都可以收到，当然，币安也能获得对应的总体的$DED，但币安能够发放他的奖励就要看交易所是否会支持。
