2) Storage Provider Autumn Open Meetup: Last month, the Filecoin Foundation held the first storage provider open meetup. At this meeting, Filecoin discussed the top priorities of storage providers including expanding the Filecoin network by recruiting new enterprise customers and building case studies, increasing staffing to support storage providers and clients with project managers, solution architects, and guiding new storage providers through an incubation center.

Community: NerpaNet Deprecation Announcement: After careful review and consideration of usage and ongoing issues with NerpaNet, it has been decided to slow down NerpaNet. Please stay tuned for the full documentation explaining the decision but see below for some key points: tools and configurations made for mainnet scale are not effective on devnets, different needs and requirements (testing sector sizes, market capacity, etc.) can't be addressed by a single network. This points to a new approach with your community engagement for devnets. Next steps, Protocol Labs' NetOps team is building new, easy-to-use tools for ramping up VNET development and will be releasing them alongside runbooks for community usage.
